I realized the importance of being mindful about choosing words that are precise and necessary. I was only 1 year old, and my world shattered into a million pieces. The thought of my family being broken was unbearable. Growing up, I struggled to cope with the emotional pain of having a broken family. I felt lost, alone, and unsure of how to navigate this new reality. My parents' breakup made me question my own sense of identity and self-worth. But as I navigated this difficult journey, I learned some valuable lessons.
